Homecoming Weekend

Just a few pictures from Baylor Homecoming a couple weeks ago.  We spent the whole weekend in Waco and got to go to the bonfire, parade, and game. It was a fun weekend!

Halloween Weekend

Pumpkin carving

We had a busy weekend before Halloween. Saturday we went to Dewberry Farms with Matt's family. We've all gone together for several years and this year Max could do even more of the fun stuff so it was a good day. I think his favorites were the big slide and the pony ride. He loved the "cow train" too of course.

We also went to the pumpkin patch. The kids were so good taking pictures together this year.

Sunday we decided to go to the Children's Museum. We were just looking for another excuse for Max to wear his costume, instead of just on Halloween. He kind of knows now what he really likes to do there since we've been several times, and as soon as he knows he's close to the Mustang, he's in it!

He wouldn't wear his hood so he didn't look too much like a monkey but I still think he's cute. He was really more interested in playing than going to the tables to get the candy they were handing out.

On Halloween, we decided to meet Aunt Jennifer and Uncle Dan in a neighborhood about halfway between us so the kids could trick-or-treat together. Max fell asleep on the way there and was pretty grumpy at first but when he realized he could get candy he got much more excited. As he was leaving each house he would run to us saying "I got candy!", kind of like it was a surprise each time. It was fun and he got way too much candy.
