To continue my trend of being behind, here's a story about our camping trip the weekend of Halloween. We went with 3 other couples to McKinney Falls in Austin. It's a really nice park, the weather was great, and we had lots of fun. Camping while pregnant wasn't too bad. The only thing I was really worried about was being comfortable while sleeping. We borrowed an air mattress and that helped a lot. My favorite part of the weekend was playing Cranium by lantern while eating s'mores that we had to make over a camp stove thanks to the burn ban. The saddest part of the weekend was that burn ban - camping is not nearly as fun without a campfire! Annie enjoyed the trip too - we think she really likes camping. Here are a few pictures.
